Cheated into agreeing to terms not happy with!

Hi,
I am noting that this matter is never going to get resolved since it has been escalated from December last year and nothing ever gets done. I note that you keep on updating my ITC that I default on my monthly subscriptions which is not true as my account is up to date, well of cause the R500 and some change which you people decided to give me after I exhausted my allocated 500 data bundles which we have agreed upon.

Anyway, this is not helping me and I seem to be the one suffering than you people and as such I would like to pay R500 and whatever amount and CANCEL THIS CONTRACT WITH IMMEDIATE EFFECT. And don't you dare tell me that this is not possible as I will report you to the consumer commission or tribunal as stipulated in the Consumer Protection Act.
(Section 22 of the CPA) Speaks of the right to information in plain and understandable language. I do not think I would have really agreed to a post pre-paid or whatever you people call it if I understood what the guy was referring to as it is alleged that the guy has explained to me in the recording which I have requested you to listen to and till this day nothing has happened
