It seems to me that Autopage are from their customers and nobody can do anything about it.
The Media should actually get involved and investigate this.
I received my bill and my data charge was high so I called Autopage and the consultant told me that the settings on my phone changed. Can someone explain to me how the settings automatically change on my phone?
I definitely did not change any settings.
Autopage, I am unhappy that you have overcharged me but my contract will come to an end soon and you will loose a good customer. Remember that R600 x 24 is definitely better than R250 x 1 and you are not the only company offering this service.
