I am very disappointed that one has to hold on for more 2 hours to update my insurance. There is only one number. This is pathetic, there is no fax, number, or e-mail address. For a service provider this is the worst department you have each time it comes to insurance i always have hassles. To deduct the money MTN is very quick but when it comes to claims and update, no MTN you I would like someone to please call me. I bet they will tell you they cannot call u back.
Come on MTN I have been with you for over 15 Years whats the deal to your clients. I held on and held and still no answer eventually I put the phone down after 2 Hours, no answer... Please please, you also have the most pathetic music playing in ones ear.
