I would like to thank Vodacom for assisting wrt my cellphone issues, i had with Sony (Ericsson). I personally feel that Vodacom has done their best in replacing my handset with another brand, for that i want to thank them.
I would like to emphasise though, that Vocacom is a customer of Sony and i am the consumer, as a consumer, i have the right to raise my opinion wrt their product which has poor performance.
Vodacom took responsibility by replacing something that a manufacturer was supposed to be held accountable.
Thank you again Vodacom. I've recharged my phone last night, its now midday, my battery is still full and guess what all my operational programmes are still running. No fusses.
