NO FEEDBACK FROM VODACOM

I upgraded to a Sony Experian Z about 3 months ago. After 2 months the touchpad developed a crack. The screen works fine but the phone cannot function properly due to the touch screen not being active. The quote for the repairs is R4200.00 for a handset that supposed to be indestructible. this handset was never dropped. The consultant that received the repair also noted that the phone did not have a scratch on it. it is now a month since the phone is in with no feedback from Vodacom. I am not taking the battle with Sony as Vodacom is my service provider. Sony has arrogant staff at their outlet who think that their surname is Sony. In the interim I am still being billed for a contract that I am not utilising as the data does not apply to the current handset I am using. So much for being with Vodacom all this time. it is time I ported. People don't buy the Sony. they are good in cameras and Hi Fi and TV's but the phone is made in China and it cannot do what they claim. Their warranty is not even worth the mention. Vodacom can keep quite but this sleeping dog is going to bite.
