Hello Peter
I registered a complaint with you online 15 March, i took my phone into Vodacom Tygervalley 16 March and received that same day 2 job numbers on my phone: 8696827/8696746
I received Monday a response on Hello Peter and responded as per Vodacom's instruction to email Escalations my job number and notice i actually have two numbers.
When i phoned to verify the job numbers, one job number 8696827 belonged to an owner of a Blackberry phone.
I've written to you before, because Vodacom apologised about the inconvenience. The problem is, not the apology, but they apologise all the time, you dont get joy from them. I can understand other customers frustration, because i am in the same boat.
It appears to me, that Vodacom will continue with their lousy service, they make business irrespective the bad reviews they get.
I was told that higher level are looking at my Sony Xperia Go, which i dont want anymore, i want a different brand phone, not the same as it appears all the Sony Xperia Go has poor battery performance, not sure why Sony dont acknowledge that manufacture fault and recall all of them.
Vodacom must get their act together and not issue Sony at all
