I called in to query why my account is higher than normal when I actually cancelled one of my contracts and was put on hold for more than 30 minutes. I kept trying to call back a few times and eventually ended up at the 'high usage' department. Their automated system really does not work well. This is not the first time I am having problems with this supplier. It's no wonder DiscoveryCard is no longer in partnership with Altech Autopage. Discovery finally realized how pathetic their services are. I even had problems with incompetent consultants at the Centurion Mall branch. I can't wait to cancel ALL my contracts with this horrible supplier!
