No Firmware Upgrade Available for Sony Xperia ArcS

I got my Sony Ericsson Xperia Late 2011.. I got this phone as it was one of the phones that was promised to receive ICS4 in 2012. I checked every month, but no update. I sent sony a couple of emails, but their responses were always very late, sometimes more than 30 days and very vague. Vodacom just does not reply. After phoning vodacom I was told by one of the call centre workers that they can log a complaint, but I shouldn't hold my breath as they would probably not come back to me. No one can tell me exactly what the problem is, why there is no update for this phone yet. Sony replied by saying the update was released for my phone and I should ask vodacom why I can't receive it. Vodacom apparently does not know anything about firmware. Also, I am not willing to send my phone in to a repair centre, as it is supposed to update over the air or via my pc. Whenever I connect it to my pc and check for updates it tells me I have the latest software already. Hopefully this website will force a response from them. Fix this ASAP!! VODACOM!!
