Manager of customer relations horrible attitude

A month ago I booked in my Sony Xperia V at Vodacom Tygervalley due to an OBF. The phone switched off and could only be switched on again by pulling out the battery. Since then I have been dealing with Tremaine, the rudest retail employee I have ever encountered. Besides the fact that my OBF has been rejected 4 times now, Tremaine has been of now use at all. Even though she is supposed to represent the customer in this situation she has been tardy in keeping me up to date with any developments (I have to constantly email her for an answer), she has been rude and has made me out to be the 'bad guy' in this situation, never accepting responsibility or even apologising for Vodacom's neglegence. Even after she had sent back the phone again, the phone switched off in the shop!! The staff made a video and sent it back as an OBF. I personally hold Tremaine responsible for Vodacom's lack of action and braking the law by giving a faulty product to a customer. This goes against the customer protection act. She gives Vodacom a horrible name!! How can Vodacom employ a person as useless and rude as this?! I demand action!
