Vodacom
False promises, still no battery

I refer you to my previous post:

Vodacom Repairs Escalations sent me an email stating:

" they (Vodacom Repairs Cresta) placed an order for a battery from Vodacom national stores and they 're expecting it latest today (10-09-2013).
They will contact you once they receive it ."

Still no response from Vodacom Repairs Cresta. Why are they lying to me?

It's almost 2 months that I am still waiting for a battery. 2 MONTHS!
