Vodacom does it again

After 3 months and hundreds of Rands (yes I've checked my phone bill to proof this) of calls to Vodacom to restore a contract which was sold to me under complete misinformation... I see that the nightmare has started again. After my BIS was cancelled (with no warning) and I lost clients at work due to not receiving messages... I have to find out from Kingsley (gentleman at the call centre) that my statement which says that my BIS is included at R14 24Mtns... was only a three month special!!! Why Why Why do we have to go through this again!!!

I am so of having to phone Vodacom and speak to call centre agents who is passing the buck, or have all training in customer service, reciting their phrases like a robot only to come full circle where Vodacom appologise and restores the faulty contract..but not before creating another drama which will cost me even more money & hours on the phone. I was never told that my BIS is a "special deal" nor that it will be stopped abruptly. I'm sitting with my original documentation (not that it ever mattered to Vodacom in the past) and no mention is made of a special.

Please sort this out ASAP. Restore my BIS at R14 a month!
