Worst service i've ever received

How i wish that i had received great service to brag about but i have to say that you guys are the worst service providers, initially i thought it was Vodacom but after the kind of service i endured from you'll agents on saturday you'll top the list.

i called in to complain that i'm being billed from my airtime for internet usage as well as Whatsapp even though i have activated the BIS. i spoke to a Gerard or Jarryd (he didn't even have the courtesy to spell his name and he down right refused to give me his surname) who was supposed to sms me his name as well as a reference number for the call where he stipulated that according to his system, there was no airtime that was being charged and i was later informed by him that that his system is offline so he cannot check any balances. if that's the case what grounds did he have to tell me that my airtime was not being charged, then he later advised me that i need to call the billing department for assistance even though i had advised him that my number is prepaid. so basically i was on the line for a good 20 minutes and after being cut off and transferred to the rating service without getting any assistance, i did not get any help
