Discounted Vodacom Airtime

A lady called and offered me discounted Vodacom airtime a week ago from FNB, and she said it will be credited into my account every second day of the month. I agreed, on the 1st of July i bought Blackberry BIS online and my BIS was activated, on the 2nd of July airtime was credit into my cellphone account. Now i wanted to purchase blackberry bis for next month as i am a prepaid user but it refused. I then called Vodacom thinking maybe is their network but to my surprise my prepaid cellphone i have been using for 3 yrs has turn to be contract. While surprised, the Blackberry BIS i bought on the 1st of July was now been deactivated. I called FNB that transferred me from one person to another i even called this number 0861362678 and i spoke to Zakia ref No 14306317 but i was told to call Vodacom on 0821945 of which i did and here is the reference numbers from Vodacom 299464342

Can someone please help, because there are three things i want from you guys, to unsubcribe from your discounted airtime, to pay back my R59 Blackberry BIS i bought yesterday and lastly to restore my number to prepaid as it was before.
