Virgin mobile is the WORST cell service ever.!!! After countless problems, never having service. I finally got my contract canceled and ported my number to Cell C just to to get a sms from virgin mobile saying that (surprise, surprise) I'm still on the Freakin virgin mobile network and they want to "expire" my number. Is there anybody at that freakin place that can actually do their job?
And when you phone them especially the lovely porting department they just drop your call while your talking to them!! And best of all I'm still paying for my virgin mobile contract, which I canceled early april and was told the last debit will still go off at end of april and that happened. Great, so I was on prepaid after that and i added a R80 prepaid at the end of april.
Surprise surprise another -up from virgin. I cant phone, i cant load airtime and my airtime balance shows -R49. How the do i get a MINUS with prepaid. I ported to Cell C on the 5th of may. Just to be debited this month for what??? And to find out great my number is still connected to your STUPID system!!!
I will never recomend you too anyone!!!
