I hereby wish to log a formal complaint regarding airtime which has disappeared.
I have purchased airtime from Mr Price and it was loaded at 8.59am 19 Aug. 13 and at 12.30 when I wanted to message a friend I noticed insufficient funds.
I then called MTN and spoke to Jonathan call reference: 690637132 who advised that at 8.59am airtime was loaded and 2 minutes later 9.01am R27 had been deducted due to Internet usage! What Internet Usage???
Considering I had not used the internet and even if I had, it doesn't explain R45 missing from my account in 2 minutes.
Jonathan has logged a billing query, reference 0000 372 8590, however this still leaves me without airtime and without an explanation as to where the airtime has gone.
i have as yet, not received a call or feedback regarding my billing query or complaint
