I received an sms from Edgars saying that I Could get R30 airtime that would be charged to my Edgars Account. I responded to the sms to receive the airtime, which was never credited to my account.. 0n 25 December I recharged my Own prepaId Account with R180 and and used R60 for my BIS. On 28 DecEmber my 100 an somethin rand airtime was gone and BIS not working. I called MTN, who then informed me that my number was migrated from prepaid to contract, which I did not request. They advised me to call nashua mobile who then advised me to call Edgars Mobile. After numerous calls for Days on end, Endless battles to get through, 0ver R100 of Airtime wasted, and still not getting through, I Went to the the Cellphone Desk at the Edgars westgate branch. ObviOusly all they Could do was Let me use their phone to call the same number I've been Callin all along. I held on the line for Over 20 minutes and still no answer. Since then I am still unablE to sOrt this Out. This Is very unprofessional and frustrating. I Am Extremely DisappOinted that Edgars WouLd do such a thing! PLEASE HELP!!!
