Upgradedaway fromBlackberry, but was billed for bis

Hi

I upgraded my blackberry contract through mtn direct to a new samsung galaxy s3 mini. They said the BIS would stop automatically, but I was billed again this month. I called mtn customer service, the lady cancelled the BIS of R59 and made a note on the system that MTN should credit me the R59. Can you please have a look at this? I have not received the credit yet and I have already paid the bill with the R59 added incorrectly. Also, I added a new R14.95 blackberry messaging plan afterwards, please leave this as it is, this is not to be removed, as I still sometimes use my sim card in the old blackberry phone, but I need to get a credit for the normal BIS that I was charged after the MTN direct consultant advised me it would automatically be removed, please look on the system for the notes. Please advise. Obviously she was wrong, you can listen to the call recording. Please assist me.
