CHARGING FOR SERVICES NOT PROVIDED

I queried my daughters account as she had upgraded her phone from a Blackberry to a Samsung Galaxy S3 mini at the Greenstone Vodashop. We cancelled the SMS bundle which she had (not receiving the service, but charged) but did not think to or was told to, cancel the Blackberry BIS, I would have thought his obvious, but after phoning Customer Services and speaking first to Busi then to Pindile Zipi (think that was his name he spoke so quickly I could not make it out) I was emphatically told I had to cancel the value added service. Well, according to the Consumer Protection act, the provider cannot charge for a service for which they cannot provide. So, I therefore request a refund of R45.00 for the SMS bundle I am not receiving and R59.00 for the Blackberry BIS for which you have no intention of ever providing. I received this billing on April 26th due to postal strike.
