MTN Secunda giving extremely poor service

First I wanted to get another contract and waited 2 weeks just to find out that they are waiting for a credit check but it was never communicated to me in the 6 times I was there (standing in a row for over an hour every time) but when I applied for the same contract after cancelling at the Secunda branch at MTN direct I received the contract and phone in less than a week (the credit check and approval was done in less than an hour where it took MTN Secunda 2 weeks and probably more if I hadn't cancel). Second I upgraded from Blackberry to Samsung in March and every time I got billed for the new Internet service and blackberry service till I phoned MTN direct today (5 months later) and asked them to remove the blackberry service and refund the mistake that MTN Secunda made
