I have upgraded my phone on the 1st of January this is from a blackberry. I have paid for BIS since then because the consultant that was helping didn't cancel BIS since I no longer had a blackberry. I have requested credit to be passed for the 3 months that I have been charged for BIS. It took about a month for me to get any feedback about the credit. I finally got it and was expecting to see it on my statement. Guess what? It was not there. I called and was told it would reflect the following month still nothing this has been going for about 5 months now. Every time I call I would speak to a different person who will give me a different story. I am so sick and tired of calling MTN for this stupid credit note. The service has been unbearably painful. Can someone competent help resolve this?
