Need to CANCEL account- Told I have to wait!!

I have to cancel my entire contract with Vodacom..
I have requested premature cancelation quotes before and every single time they are faulty.
I have 4 line (call and data lines) with Vodacom.
My monthly contract comes up to about R2300 a month. So what they did is add my monthly installment total to every single line I am cancelling, so instead of adding my one monthly installment onto my my main line's outstanding contract amount and giving me the rest of the lines outstanding amounts, they added R2300 to EVERY LINE that pushes it to almost R10000 more, and in order to cancel I have to pay money and sign and return a form stating I want to cancel etc..Firstly I refuse to sign faulty quotes..
Today I phoned to get new quotes seeing that my Vodacom debit for this month allready went off, just to be told I will HAVE TO WAIT!! I can't wait as I have made arrangement to have access to the money until for a limited amount of time to pay it, If not today, I won't have to pay this person back and they won't have to take it out of their investment account.. The lady I spoke to got snotty and asked "Wow, What type of loan is THAT?? "My business Lady! Nobody told me of a "Billing run" when I enquire
