Ridiculous bills for giving us the wrong Phone

My dad had gone to Altech to subscribe for a cellular phone contract for me as a surprise for my 21st birthday. The lady he dealt with (Yahida) offered him a Blackberry Z10 and convinced him to take a package with CellC called the straight up 100 lite plan and added an extra 500mb of data with the phone and the total cost of the package was to be R229pmX24. However, i did not see the logic of using data on a blackberry and asked him if he could request her to cancel the contract, so we went back within 7 days and made the request but the lady didnt even try to cancel, she just said she couldnt and asked if i wanted to swap the blackberry for another device so I agreed and she offered me a Samsung Galaxy S4 Mini and specificly stated that i would still receive the same amount of data (600mb) which i thought was a great deal so i accepted. However she did not know and nobody in the store advised us that the data was specifically for a Blackberry and I was now using the same contract but with a Samsung. they have been sending us sky high bills for this mistake that THEY made are are unwilling to correct it. Yahida's attitude is disgusting and she has no respect for customers.
