Still charging for BIS services not being used

In Feb I upgraded from a Blackberry contract to SAMSUNG GALAXY S3 on Smart Std 229. Since I upgraded to the new phone which is Android it seems simple LOGIC that I would not require the Blackberry BIS services but on my stmts I saw I still get charged for it (on the new contract). After phoning in to VSP the gentlemen said I had to phone in after upgrading to get my BIS services cancelled. Why the would I want to keep my BIS active since I had to do a sim swop to a micro sim (since the Galaxy S3 doesn't use a normal sim card) which means I cannot use my BIS even if I wanted to.. Never has VODACOM even mentioned that I had to cancel my BIS nor to my wife who has paid now for 2 months of BIS Services which she cannot and dont want to use! This is real as Vodacom refuses to credit our account.
