On about the 4th of April I upgraded from a Blackberry to a Samsung, but I am still being billed for the Blackberry BES subscription. When I upgraded I was told in the store that it would automatically be cancelled. After it appeared on my April bill I called the call center to cancel it AGAIN (I can kind of understand this since it was already a few days into April when I upgraded). I was told it wouldn't appear on my bill for May, but when i got the bill there it was. I have just called and cancelled it for a third time, but I'm not holding my breath that it won't appear there on my June bill. Vodacom - PLEASE STOP BILLING ME FOR A SERVICE I CAN'T USE EVEN IF I WANTED TO.
