MTN bad service

I applied for an MTN contract for the SONY Xperia T on a top up contract that came to a monthly total of R249.00 on the 28 February 2013 already. The agent processed my application which was approved even though there was no stock because as he stated my request will go onto their stock order for the supplier. The agent updated daily that no stock arrived yet but there should be stock coming and my order is on the list as there are more customer's who's contracts have been approved for that particular deal.

My husband went to all the MTN walk in stores who advised him that the Sony Xperia T has actually been discontinued with MTN as it is going to be replaced by the Sony Xperia Z. I then called MTN Direct and spoke to this particular agent and asked has this phone been discontinued? and he said NO not according to the system as the phone still comes up BUT once again he will forward my request and enquiry to a supervisor, TO DATE no supervisor or management has contacted me and I Still have NO phone.
