I have had endless problems regarding upgrading my contracts with MTN Bank City, I have two contracts due for an upgrade one of which was upgraded incorrectly! I am a technologically savvy consumer and know what I am looking for in a product and obviously would lookout for the best deals.
I looked at getting the Sony Xperia T as I am working with a budget and explained this to the consultant (Neo) who assisted me saying that they can order one for me, however not much feedback. I then had to walk in to find out if the stock has arrived as I have had no feedback, I am now told they cannot get stock and that I would have to look at another phone at a much higher price! I have stated to the consultant that firstly the wrong contract was upgraded which has not been fully resolved secondly I stated I have a budget that I am working within and thirdly I have been given the run around for the past 3 weeks and now being told that I have to wait a to get the phone of choice now as the value I of it is too high i.e. Sony Xperia Z. Neo had promised to get back to me when I went to the store on Tuesday, latest Wednesday Morning. It is now Thursday and still no response!!!
