I renewed my contract with MTN and chose the Sony Xperia Z phone as Sony bost about its ability, got the phone on the 3rd of May 2013 2 weeks later the phone screen crakced with out it been dropped, it cracked in my pocket. I took it in to MTN and they sent it to sony and they want me to pay for the damage on the phone. I logged a query with sony as i need proof as to how they say I dropped or was NEGLECTon my part as my manager has the same phone and had the same issue.
Sony is not doing anything to assist me or provide me with details, i also sent them a link with others expiriencing the same problem with this phone.
I will never recommnet a sony product to any Buyer outh there.
