Warranty and replacing phone from 8 April 2013

I did have my phone Sony Xperia T for a month and then it did not want to Charging I sent It in for Warranty on the 8 April 2013 I was waiting for feedback for a month for any feedback from Centurion MTN shop with no feedback. And then I call HVRC then their told me I can replace my Sony xperia T phone. Centurion MTN shop told me Sony xperia T is Maybe discontinue will let me now still waiting for 2 weeks and If I go for the Sony Xperia V I must pay in. So I go to all the Shops in Centurion no one off the shops want to replace my phone. South downs shop in Centurion call HVRC their told them the shop where I bought the phone must replace the phone or give another phone. Their can't replace my phone because I give it in at a Direct shop. So I please want to know if you can help me. With a new Sony Xperia T or Sony Xperia V.
If I go for the Sony Xperia V how much will I pay in or can I go over to the Sony Xperia V anytime 100 contract.
So what must I do get a new phone Sony xperia T or Sony xperia V out of anyone at MTN.
Is there some where I can order it without going to MTN direct from Centurion because their wasting my time.
Not one off the contacts at MTN can help me.
