I signed up for a vodacom topup 315 contract on the 21st of September 2013 at the vodacom 4u store at the trade route mall shop u63, the phone i wanted which is a sony xperia Z Lte which was out of stock. I was advised that it will be ordered and i would receive it by wednesday 25/09/2013. Wednesday passed no phone call or anything. On the 27/09/2013 i phoned the branch and enquired if my phone is available for collection at which point i was told that they do not have stock and and they have no idea when they will receive stock.
This is extremeley frustrating, why does vodacom have it on there pamplets if they do not have it in stock. The fact they the branch in question does not know when they will receive stock is unacceptable. I have been a loyal vodacom customer for the past 5 years, but with service like they i am really considering switching networks.
