Debiting account without permission

Called cell c onthe 8 march 2013 changing bank details was advised it takes 30 working days to change on the side an would have to do a cash payment so then did call back on the 12th march 2013 advising them to just debit the old account n was advised that it would be debited from my old account. howevr on looking at my bank statement I see that they have put a stop order on my account an debited my account without my permission an plus on the fact that I told them not to debit that account. I called them 4 times today been the 3/04/2013 n have not received any joy from contacting them with regards to this.they are rude n certainly don't know what customer services really mean.when asked to speak to higher management more then once they advised that they busy or on tea an they rather have the assistance doing what ever for them yet they assistance have no idea on how to handle the matter. I wouldn't advised anybody going with them or having anything to do with them cause they are all up to nosense.they angents are just as rude. I certainly plan on cancling my contract with them.
