I bought my Sony Xperia Go in January, of this year, after my Sony Xperia Mini Pro had been. Ever since I got the phone, which I bought cash, I have had countless problems. My complaint comes as a result of my charging unit breaking, when I tried to charge my phone, bad service from Sony as an organization.
I took my phone to Vodacom, and was told that it could not be fixed. Right after that, I contacted Sony, who to this day, are yet to contact me. I have been waiting for a full week! And I don't have a phone, as a result.
I will no longer be buying any Sony products because of this!
Sony lives up to its tagline- it's all 'make. believe'.
