I have taken my blackeberry in to MTN Cavendish branch for repairs. I was told it will only take a few days.
A week later I call to ask if my phone has come back, and get told that the people fixing the phone does not have a proof of purchase, and want to charge for the repairs of the phone (my phone is still under guarantee, and a copy was made at the branch of the proof of purchase) and that they need the IMEI number of my phone. No one from the branch contacted me to let me know what was happening.
Two weeks later, another follow up, and now they waiting for the costs of the phone and need the IMEI number of the phone again, after WE followed up! This is totally pathetic!!!
And to top it all off, the branch opens at 9 am, but you cant get hold of anyone untill after 11 am!
This is the worst service I have ever received!
