I UPGRADED MY CONTRACT ABOUT 6 WEEKS AGO AND LESS THAN TWO WEEKS LATER MY PHONE COULD NOT BE SWITCHED ON, I TOOK IT IN TO THE BRANCH AND THEY SAID AS THERE IS NO TECHNICIAN IN STORE IT HAD TO GO FOR REPAIRS WHICH COULD TAKE BETWEEN 4 AND 6 WEEKS. GAVE IT IN AND LET IT BE. WENT IN LAST WEEK TO ENQUIRE ABOUT WHAT WAS TAKING SO LONG AND IF THEY COULD AT LEAST TELL ME WHAT WAS WRONG WITH THE PHONE, HAD TO WALK IN TWICE THAT DAY AND STILL GOT NOTHING AND THAT THE PHONE WAS NOT YET FIXED AND SENT BACK. YESTERDAY I CALLED THE BRANCH AND THE GUY WAS VERY RUDE AND ASKED ME IF THEY CALLED ME TO COLLECT AND I SAID NO BUT THAT THEY DID SAY IT WOULD COME LAST WEEK SO I JUST WANTED TO FIND OUT IF IT WAS THERE, AFTER MUCH HOLDING ON, HIM TAKING MY NAME, SURNAME AND IMEI NUMBER, HE SAID THAT IT WAS NOT IN AND HE DOESN'T KNOW WHEN IT WILL BE. AFTERWARDS I CALLED THE CELLC CALL CENTRE THEY PUT ME THROUGH TO REPAIRS ONLY TO FIND THAT THE PHONE WAS DELIVERED BACK TO THE BRANCH ON THE 02/10/13, WHICH IS EVEN BEFORE I WENT IN TO THE SHOP SO MANY TIMES. THIS IS REALLY NOT ON, A BRAND NEW PHONE AND I BARELY EVEN USED IT
