Defective phone given to me

I went to 8TA to book my phone for repairs, which is the 4th time now, again I was assisted by the rude and unprofessional Priscilla Baloyi, she refused to take in my phone saying she knows about me and will not assist. After numerous times trying to call Mbulelo he eventually assisted in having my phone to be booked for repairs.
Before booking, Mbulelo notified me that the IMEI number appearing on there shows the phone belonged to someone else and I have been using it all along, meaning my phone was never repaired but just swapped with someone else's phone which is because I was told I was given a new phone.
I received a message on the 1 November 2013 that my phone has been booked in for repairs then on the 14 November I got a message saying I must pay in R2180, 59 and someone will call me shortly, upto today no one called. Now I must pay for someone else's phone to be repaired as the phone's records clearly shows the IMEI no links it to someone else.
I am fed up with these people at the wonderpark branch, how can a company like 8TA be so incompetent especially this Priscilla Baloyi.
