I handed my phone in for repairs at the beginning of the month, over three weeks ago for repairs. The trackpad on the phone was not working amongst other things.

About a week later I received a call from Basheer at the Midlands Branch where I handed the phone in and he told me that he had a quotation for the repairs as my phone was out of warranty. I told him that the phone was still within the one year warranty and asked him to look on the system. He did this and confirmed that this was the case and said that he would inform them of this and provide the proof of purchase to them.

On the 25th March i still had heard nothing from anybody at Cell C regarding my phone and after many attempts at trying to get answers I went to the branch and spoke to Basheer. He told me that he had e-mailed the documents to the repair centre on the 11/03/2013 at 09:52 and that they should be continuing with the repairs. He gave me a number to call 011 655 8118 and told me to follow up with the repair centre manager.

Although this was not my responsibility, the lack of service i have received made me try and call this number and establish what is going on but NOTHING

PLEASE CELL C DO SOMETHING!!!
