My phone was blacklisted last year as I thought It was, I found it yesterday and today im told that i cannot unblacklist it as I dont have a copy of the contract from the store which I took it at, Northgate! I have worked for a cellphone company and I know all the clients details are on the system. You telling me that you do not have a copy of my contract and that I cannot unblacklist my phone now becuase of this? The lady on the phone did not want to give my ITC number, MY ITC number as if Im commiting! My number, IMEI, make and model is on my account! I have 3 numbers with MTN and one is due for an upgrade soon which I shall not do unless this issue is sorted. I will continue to hellopeter MTN every week until this is resolved! I have been a loyal customer for 10 years and this is what I get?? As if Im a! I have the phone with me! And I cannot get hold of your branch in northgate... this is pathetic pathetic service.
