I have a phone contract with MTN, which commenced in March 2012, which I bought from the MTN branch in Evaton Plaza (gauteng). Now the phone is giving me problems and now I'm staying in Queentown which is in another province and when I tried taking it to the nearest MTN branch. They told me that I need to have a proof of purchase in order for them to book it in for repairs. I told them that I had lost it so they advice me to call the branch that I bought the fone from so that they can fax it for me. I googled the store and got the number (0838696927), and i called the number, thats where I spoke to Musa. I spoke to the guy at pass 8 and he promised to get back to me at 10:00. 10 passed and no response. I then called them just before 1pm to find out what is the hold up, when i called them using my work number (0458072000) which is the same number I called them with in the morning, hang up and i kept trying and they still hang up their phone. Then i called them using my other number (0823190438), they answered but when they heard it was me they hang up the phone again. So please, I just needed the proof of purchase from them. I am using my other number which is 082 319 0438.
