CHEERS VODACOM!!!

Vodacom was my Cell Service provider now since I can remember having a Cellphone.
I am on a BUSINESS TALK BB per SECOND 500 Contract. My Cellphone bill ranges anything from R900 - R3000pm!
Last month my BB Torch started giving me Trouble. The phone would not switch on. It will start loading... then all of a sudden there will be a picture of the Battery with a Red "X" through it. The already Refurbrised phone was still on the 24 month Handset Warranty.
The consultant who booked the phone said that when that shows its normally the Sliding lint that broke. To my Surprise I got a quote from Vodacom Stating that I should pay R3500 To fix my phone cause it had water damage on!? WTH!? The white paper marker (that indicates red / pinkish colour if waterdamage occured), was as white as snow!
I had to pay that R57.00 because i refused the quote. I went to Cell repair shops when i received the quote from Vodacom. All of them told me that it does most definately not sound like water damage, but maybe some softwear problems and the sliding lint.
I had my phone fixed from a Cell repair shop in Bellville Stikland - THANK U CELL WAVE - ACCESS CITY - 4 gr8 Service. Cost me R800 fixed in 1 day!!
