I took my phone in to vodacom because the screen was cracked. I got a message from them saying that it will cost me R1900.00 to repair my phone as it had water damage and it cannot be repaired under warranty.
Im sure that vodacom tried this every now and again to save on warranty claims.
Im not verry happy about this. I know for a fact that the phone doesn't have water damage.
that Vodacom is only using it as an excuse not to fix the phone. I have been a loyal vodacom subscriber for over 10 years now. But after this vodacom will not have my busniss again once my contact ends.
