I dont know where to start with what i think of Vodacom!!! So i take my phone to the Vodacom Repair Centre in Greenpoint, Cape Town. Both the touch screen and scrolly not working right. My phone is still under warranty and believing that the repair centre is where i will leave it to have it fixed. So the lady go thru the tick list, shows me the little white square inside the phone, and both of us agree that it is not water damaged because APPARENTLY when the white square turns red then the phone is water damaged and the one in my phone was as white as snow. And then EVENTUALLY i get the phone call to inform me that my phone has WATER DAMAGED and it will cost me over R3000 to have fixed!!! what the is this a joke!!! I have been a loyal customer of VODACOM for 10 YEARS!!! Never lapsed a payment EVER!!! AND i just have to take the word of the technician!!! Note; i am going on every website i can find with this!!! I am NOT a very happy customer at all!!
And let me tell you people... the only response i had from Vodacom so far was to ask whether proof was shown to me of my water damaged phone!!! NOTHING ELSE!!
