Im a contract customer who purchased a Blackberry9800 Dec2011. Oct2012 the phone gave functional problems. I contacted the store of purchase MTN V&A Waterfront. According to the Personnel i need the proof of purchase. As the receipt was not available they could not help me. MTN V&A Waterfront deducts monthly via Debit Order my account, conveniently proof of my banking details is only available. I confirmed with MTN Canal Walk &Customer Service regarding the matter &both replied that proof should be available by the store i purchased my phone and they should assist. On several occasions i went to MTN &telephonically contacted the store but in vein as the MTN branch failed to assist making several excuses from proof of purchase to a system they updated &lost the info to informing me as a client to personally take the phone to Montague Gardens Unit4.Im in possession of names of all personnel spoken to and the dates of conversations. In my opinion, MTN V&A store is a overlapping hierarchy of ignorance &arrogance. I have exhausted all channels from the store to Customer Services with no beneficial solution just contradiction and manipation from MTN.I am sad & feel conned"With No Connection"
