Jeggings I purchased from Willowbridge XOXO had holes next to the stitching after just one hand wash! I returned it to the Canal Walk XOXO store after 21 days. The sales assistant said she couldn't do anything before speaking to her manager & would phone me on Mon. I left the jeggings, proof of purchase & my contact details with her. She did not phone. I went back to the store the Wed. There was another assistant. She promised to phone me the next day. She also did not phone. I phoned the Fri. just to hear the branch is closing down & my pants are in for repairs. I didn't want new pants I paid R325 for to be repaired! Later I was notified that I can collect the pants from another branch of my choice. Upon collection @ Willowbridge I shared my frustrations with the sales assistant & asked for my proof of purchase. She said she is unable to help & pointed me to head office. I mailed head office on Sun. This was their response on Monday: "I'm sorry you feel that way. We unfortunately cannot provide with a repair slip your receipt of purchase is your proof, should they need to be stitched again you are more than welcome to bring them back again & we will repair free of charge."
