Poor Service from FNB and Cell C

I called the fnb smart devices call centre and told them that i bought a blackberry that is still under warrantee but it is giving problems with the speaker and it is freezing. I was told that i will be sent the proof of purchase and have to take the phone to the nearest cell c store together with the proof of purchase. When I got to the cell c store in newcastle mall, i was told I have to to take the phone to fnb branch. The fnb branch in newcastle does not know what to do?

my phone is not working and I am still paying for it every month.
