I want my R4695 reversed back into my account because for some reason someone debited my bank account and credited and paid my vodacom account.
i reactivated by contract with you and was a huge amount after getting one sms to say my account will be debited with R330 and one saying a credit note was processes for R4100... and i am debited with a total R 5052. someone will account for this and my bank account status. This will be sorted promptly.
