I booked my cell phone in for repairs (contract phone) on 02 March 2013 at MTN Tyger Valley. I was told that (approx) within two weeks my phone will be returned. The sales person was very helpful but my problem is with the follow up process. I called the technician and he informed me that he required the proof of purchase of which I already handed in on the day I booked in my cellphone. If I do not hand in my proof of purchase I will be liable to pay. I tried to contact the store and numerous times could not get through even the Willow Bridge store informed me that the line is always busy. I went to the store to hand in my original copy of my proof of purchase and was promised that it will be handed to my consultant Mr Pepper. My concern is that they did not contact me as yet and it is impossible to get hold of the store. Please advise as this is very frustrating.
