I CALLED IN TO THE CUSTOMER CARE (140) IN JAN TO CHANGE THE BANKING DETAILS DUE TO MY WIFE CHANGING BANKS FROM STANDARD TO NEDBANK . THE AGENT TOLD ME WIFE THAT THE BANKING DETAILS WERE UPDATED HOWEVER THE DEBIT ORDER FOR JAN STILL HAS TO GO OFF THE STANDARD BANK ACC AND IN FEB THE DEBIT ORDER WILL BE DEDUCTED FROM THE NEDBANK ACC WHICH WE WERE FINE WITH UP UNTIL MY WIFE RECIEVED AN SMS FROM CELL C SAYING THAT HER ACCOUNT WILL BE BARRED (FEB). I CALLED THEM AGAIN IN FEB, SPOKE TO THOBILE WHICH HAD TO UPDATE THE BANK DETAILS AGAIN THEN I HAD SPOKE TO A SUPERVISOR (TASHVEER) THAT
REASSURE THAT THE DEBIT WILL GO OFF WITHIN 24/48 HOURS. ON THE 28 - 03 - 13 A DAY BEFORE EASTER MY WIVES LINE GETS BARRED. I CALLED ONCE AGAIN TO THE CALL CENTRE FOR THE THIRD TIME SPOKE TO A GUY CALLED IMMANUEL THAT TELLS ME THAT THE ACCOUNT IS IN ARREARS OF R75.00 THEREFORE ITS BEEN BARRED. I ASKED TO SPEAK TO TASHVEER WHO WAS ON A BREAK ACCORDING TO IMMANUEL. CALLED AGAIN AFTER AN HOUR SPOKE TO AKONNA TO REALISE THAT HIS GONE HOME, HONESTLY WHO GETS A BREAK BEFORE GOING HOME . HONESTLY CELL C HAS A BUNCH OF WORKING THERE AND WILL NEVER RECOMMEND TO EVERYONE, STILL WAITING FOR A RESOLUTION.
