I am so sick of nedbank and their poor services

Nedbank approved my home loan and my first debit order was in February 2013 for R2000, on the 28.03.13 Nedbank personal loan debited my account with R2876.09 and again on the 01.04.13 with my normal R2000. I called them and then they refunded my money but they never fixed their book because they debited my account again this month with the same amount. to my surprise my debit order for home loan did not go through this month and when i called they told me that my debit order went through but from nedbank account which i don't have. So this mean someone loaded my bank details on someones personal loan and now that i am queering this, they went and load that person's banking details on my home loan and now it looks like it is a an error which i don't believe. i want my money back and my home loan to be corrected and they must remove my banking details from personal loan because i don't have personal loan with them and believe me i tried and it is even impossible to speak to a manager and can only speak to this in call centre who thinks that they know everything.
