I CHANGED BANKING DETAILS A FEW MONTHS BACK FROM NEDBANK TO STD BANK! THE CALL AGENT WAS QUICK TO CHANGE IT FOR THE DEBIT ORDER, I THEN REQUESTED THEY CHANGE IT FOR THE REFUND AS WELL, SPOKE TO A LYLE DUDE SAID I MUST SEND BANK STATEMENT AND ID COPY WHICH I DID, EMAIL WAS ALSO SENT TO [Email Removed] TILL TO DATE NOTHING HAS BEEN DONE. SENT THRU TWO CLAIMS TO BE PAID OUT WHICH THEY AGAIN PAID INTO THE NEDBANK ACC THATS CLOSED, SPOKE TO MYMOENA ON 18/03 SAID AGAIN I SHOULD EMAIL ID AND BNK STATEMENT WHICH I DID FOR THE 2ND TIME TO [Email Removed] CALLED THIS MORNING SPOKE TO AN AGENT THAT SAID FUNDS HAVE BEEN PAID TO NEDBANK I AGAIN TOLD HER ITS THE WRONG ACC. SHE SAID THEY RECVD MY ID AND BNK STMENTS BUT THERE WAS NO FORM COMPLETED AND ITS STILL IN PROCESS! HOW LONG IS THIS TAKING THEM JUST TO CHANGE BANKING DETAILS
