I called Nedbank today to get change my debit order banking details and as soon as i spoke to a call centre agent she asked me security questions and i failed to give my office line correctly as i always seat on clients offices and forgot which number i gave out when i applied for the bond and i gave her the reception line and she refused to help me and hang up a phone on my ears whiles i was still talking to her. My concern is i switched banks and i want all my debit orders to go through on time the next thing i will be getting in to trouble for not paying my bond on time because i have to go to nedbank branch and i am highly busy unfortunately i cannot i am travelling a lot and the work i do and places i go to currently i cannot afford to go to nedbank just to change my office line. I feel this is ridiculous honestly i want to be helped over the phone to change my debit order details.
