Bayport system not working

I have a cell contract with Bayport. I have never missed a payment. I recently changed my bank from Standard bank to FNB. FNB contacted Bayport to change my details & Bayport refused. I called Bayport myself on various occasions to update my new bank details. 7 Nov: I spoke to Dimakatso Lebona to update new bank details. Payment was still pushed from my old bank account that had no funds. On 28 Nov I called & spoke to Dinewo Thula. She assured me new details was updated & that they will take double payment with the next payment run. Then I got a call from Thato Malebaabane asking why I did not pay. I explained that I did make arrangements. He also assured me that on 17 Dec a double payment will go off. On 17 Dec the double payment went off my bank - but Bayport has me listed on ITC as 30 days in arrears?! I called Bayport on 17 Dec and spoke to Lehlohoholo & explained my situation. He assured me that the supervisor on duty 17 Dec will call me. No one has bothered to called me. I want my credit report fixed ASAP. My account is not in arrears. If they updated my new bank details in the first place - none of this would have happened.
